What is Clave Final?
Clave Final is a live escape game that will take you to a world full of mystery, intrigue and challenges, where players must interact with the elements of the room to solve logical and mathematical puzzles, visual riddles and tests of dexterity and skill. Each clue you find will take you closer to the final solution, but beware, time is running very fast and the challenge is getting harder and harder.
How long does the experience last?
In our locations we have games of different lengths, the total time of your reservation will be between 90 and 120 minutes, of which the game has an approximate duration of between 70 and 90 minutes, and the rest is dedicated to the introduction, final photo and farewell.
Can children play?
We have several specific games for children and families. In general, games are recommended for players from 8 years old and up. Children between 8 and 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult (over 18 years old) who will be responsible for them. If at any time during the game they want to stop playing and leave the room, or if they do not want to enter the game from the beginning, they must always be accompanied by an adult.
How much does it cost?
Prices depend on the number of people and the day/time of the reservation. The prices indicated on our website are always inclusive of VAT. In the event that fewer people show up in the room than indicated in the reservation, the rate corresponding to the number of players present will be applied. Once the session is confirmed, no refunds can be made.
Do I need to book in advance?
Reservations are preferably made through this website, although, exceptionally, they may also be made in person or by telephone.although, exceptionally, they can also be made in person or by telephone. Only those sessions that remain available can be booked. Once the reservation has been made, it is automatically blocked and cannot be reserved by any other team. The facilities will be exclusively at the disposal of your team and no other player will join.
Can I change my reservation date?
It is possible to change the date of the reservation provided that 72 hours notice is given by phone call or e-mail (subject to availability).
Can I cancel my reservation?
No cancellations or refunds are allowed on reservations.
What happens if I am late?
It is very important to arrive 5 minutes before your session. If the team does not show up, or arrives 15 minutes or more late, the reservation will be cancelled, and the ticket will be refused. In this case, the money is non-refundable and the reservation cannot be changed.
Can I transfer my reservation to another person?
It is not allowed to assign and/or transfer reservations to a third party. In this case, it is necessary to contact us by phone call or e-mail.
Is it possible to pay separately?
Separate payments are not allowed. If you have only paid the reservation through the web, you will have to pay the missing amount depending on the number of players, but only one person will have to pay the total amount. You can pay either in cash or by credit card, but only one payment will be made.
Can I get an invoice?
Send us an e-mail, or use the contact form on our web site indicating us the fiscal data for the correct emission of the invoice, as well as the order and the date you made the reservation. We will reply as soon as possible to the address indicated, with the invoice attached.
What do I do if I have been given a game as a gift?
If you have a discount code or gift voucher, you must enter the code in the booking process and follow the instructions. If you want, you can use your gift voucher for the number of people you indicate, and when you make the reservation you can increase the number of people that will come to play, paying the remaining part with the payment method of your choice.
